What is the Roosevelt County LEPC?
 
A group of citizens from many different backgrounds working together to plan and prepare, for an incident that could affect our communities by disrupting continuity of government and/or commerce. 


The LEPC works with individuals and groups to be better prepared in the event of an incident:


Examples of an incident could be a tornado, a hazard materials spill, severe snow and ice, grass fires, flooding among a few that would require you to prepared to act upon.

The better prepared you are the safer you will be should one of the examples above occurs:


LEPC's are effective because they are neighbors helping neighbors find real solutions for their own areas and the special needs in those areas.

The Roosevelt County LEPC meets the 4th Tuesday each month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the SAS Building Room 234 on the Campus of ENMU.  During Holidays check the calendar link for possible meeting changes.
